 MTBE Flex Dock

 APPLICATION: MTBE Dock Hose is used for the transfer of MTBE and oil service up to 70% aromatic content between docks and ships under heavy duty service conditions.

 
 TUBE: High grade Chemigum® RMA Class A (High Oil Resistance)
 REINFORCEMENT: Spiral plies of heavy duty synthetic fabric, with wire helix
 COVER Black Wingprene® synthetic rubber, corrugated
 TEMPERATURE: 0°F to 200°F (-18°C to 93°C)
 PACKAGING:

Chloroplast heavy duty packing
 BRANDING: Spiral brand example: "Goodyear™ MTBE Dock 225 psi WP, Chemigum Oil Service."
 COUPLINGS: Built in nipples with welded slip on or threaded flanges (150# & 300#) or flanged swaged fittings up to 10" id.

  APPLICATION: Designed for petroleum based products up to 350° between docks and tankers or barges under heavy duty conditions.

 TUBE: Chemigum® synthetic rubber, flat steel wire helix supporting the tube.
 REINFORCEMENT: Spiral plied synthetic fabric with wire helix
 COVER Wingprene® synthetic rubber
 TEMPERATURE: -25°F to 350°F (-32°C to 177°C)
 PACKAGING:

Reference Hose Packaging Section (pg 289) for standard packaging information.
 BRANDING: Continuous brand example "Goodyear™ RB Dock hot oil service 200 psi WP, 200 FMA Chemigum®."
 COUPLINGS: Built in nipples with welded slip on or threaded flanges (150# & 300#) or flanged swaged fittings up to 10" id.
