Tanker barge Discharge  hose has a built-in static wire to ensure proper
grounding and safety. Hose can be supplied either electrically
continuous or discontinuous.

Tanker Barge Discharge

  APPLICATION: Tanker Barge Discharge hose is for discharge applications such as the transfer of petroleum based products between docks and barges.

 
  TUBE: Black Chemigum® synthetic rubber or Flosyn® synthetic rubber up to 100% aromatics
  REINFORCEMENT: Spiral plied synthetic fabric with static wire
  COVER Black Wingprene® synthetic rubber
  TEMPERATURE: -25°F to 220°F (-32°C to 104°C)
  PACKAGING:

Chloroplast heavy duty packaging. Slat packing available.
  BRANDING: Continuous spiral brand example "Goodyear™ Tanker Barge Discharge, 200 psi WP Chemigum® ."
  COUPLINGS: Built in nipples with welded slip on or threaded flanges (150# & 300#) or flanged swaged fittings up to 10" id.

Thor Submarine
 
  APPLICATION: Thor Submarine hose is for the transfer of petroleum products between docks and tankers when the hose is partially or completely submerged. It is rated at 250 psi (1.73 MPa) maximum working pressure.

 
  TUBE: Chemigum® synthetic rubber
  REINFORCEMENT: Spiral wire helix between plies of synthetic fabric
  COVER 1/4" Black Plioflex® synthetic rubber.
  TEMPERATURE: -25°F to 180°F (-29°C to 82°C)
  PACKAGING:

Chloroplast heavy duty packaging. Slat packing available.
  BRANDING: Impression brand example "Goodyear™ SB Submarine oil service, Chemigum® 250 psi WP."
  COUPLINGS: Built in nipples (BIN) with black welded slip on flanges.
